• Aperitif bar is open every day from 07.00 until 23.00 hours
• A la carte restaurant is open every day from 13.00 until 23.00 hours
• Outdoor swimming pool is open from 08.00 until 19.00 hours, usage according with assigned rules
Mondays is
introducing diving course “First dive” with bottles, from 11.00 to 13.00, and it is free of charge for hotel guests.
• Wake up service is available at the front desk 24 hours a day
• Cleaning in the apartments/rooms is being done on a daily basis from 9.00. to 15.00. Please use the card for
the chambermaids
• Fitness room and sauna can be found in the attic and it can be used every day from 09.00 until 22.00
• Deckchairs and parasols which you would like to use on the terrace are free of charge for hotel guests.
• Internet can be used in the Internet café, using-code may be bought at reception desk. Or in your room/
apartment (which has an Internet access) with your own laptop. Cods for wireless Internet service you may buy at
reception desk.
• • Bike you may rent at reception desk.
• Fax-machine is available at the reception desk. The reception will charge you 15,00 Kn for the service of using
the fax.
• Parking space is available for the guests of the hotel and is under 24 hours surveillance.

• All apartments are air-conditioned and the temperature can be adjusted to the temperature that you wish. Please
keep your apartment/room door locked at all times when you are in your apartment and keep your windows shut
For lost and stolen valuables we kindly ask you to report it at the front desk
• Complaints book and impression book can be found at the front desk
• • Credit cards accepted at our hotel are: Amex, Visa, Maestro, Dinners and Euro card – MasterCard
• ATM is located in the lobby and is available 24 hours a day.
• Board meals are served in the following terms: breakfast from 7.00 - 10.00, lunch from 12.00 - 15.00, dinner
from 19.00-22.00.
• Room service is available from 08.00 until 23.00 hours with 30% extra-charge on the article price.
• Beach and pool towels are available upon request from the reception, the price is 10,00kn per day per towel. After use we kindly ask you to leave beach towels at the reception desk. In case of losing towel you will be charged 70 kn.
• Please, don’t dry your clothes on the outer side of the balcony.
• Hair-dryer can be found in the bathroom
• Furniture cannot be removed in apartment or from apartment.
• TV and Satellite-TV are located in the living room and in the bedroom of every apartment
• Telephone can be used in every bedroom. For direct dialing press 0, for the reception dial 9.
• • Entering the apartment is possible only by using the magnetic card issued at the front desk upon your arrival. The
card is also for electricity in the apartment, you need to put the card in the card-reader on the wall. In case of
losing hotel card you will be charged 70 Kn per piece.
• • Check out time is 11.00. If you would like to prolong your stay, please contact the receptionist at the front desk
• Questionnaire will be placed on your room/apartment day before your departure. We kindly ask you to answer
our questions in order to help us improve the quality of the service, facilities and amenities, and keep you satisfied
in the future
• If you decide not to keep your valuables and money in your apartment safe deposit, please hand over your
valuables and money to the reception desk for safe -keeping. The hotel undertakes no responsibility for items or
valuables not handed over to the reception desk for safekeeping.

In order to make your stay at our hotel as pleasant as
possible, we would like to acquaint you with house
rules of our hotel.

All information about hotel services you may find in the
brochure (file) on your desk.

Smještaj u hotelu mogu dobiti isključivo one
osobe koje su uredno prijavljene na recepciji
hotela.
Check-in at the hotel starts from 14.00 and a one day
stay at the hotel lasts until 11.00 on the following day.
If your apartment/room is not vacated by 11.00, accommodation for one more day will be charged at
your account. Guests should notify reception regarding
their departure no later than 12.00 on the previous
day.

Hotel services are paid in advance or by special arrangement, otherwise a guarantee of payment must be
left upon the check-in at the hotel.
Guests who are staying at the hotel for more than 3
days must settle their account every third day, and at

in the apartment’s safe deposit box can be passed to
reception for safekeeping. Upon receiving the guest’s
valuables/money, the receptionist will make a written document which will include items passed on for
safekeeping, receptionist’s signature, company’s stamp

Ako gost boravi u hotelu dulje od 3 dana,
obvezan je nakon svakog trećeg dana podmiriti
svoj račun na blagajni recepcije, a najkasnije dan
prije odlaska iz hotela.

sobe, gost treba predati na čuvanje recepciji
hotela. Pri primitku dragocjenosti/novca recepcija
izdaje pisanu potvrdu s potpisom recepcionera,
pečatom firme, te potpisom gosta.
Molimo Vas zatvarajte vrata uvijek kada ste u
apartmanu/sobi i također pazite da prozore držite
zatvorenima. Identificirajte svakog tko kuca prije
nego što otvorite vrata. Pri izlasku iz apartmana/
sobe zatvorite vrata za sobom u slučaju da se ne
zatvore automatski.

U slučaju da se netko ne pridržava kućnog reda,

Za neplaćanje ili nanošenje štete hotelu, recepcija će zadržati osobne dokumente gosta do naplate dugovanja po računu.
Zabranjeno je na plažu ili bazen iznositi ručnike iz hotela. Na recepciji je moguće iznajmiti ručnik za plažu za 10 kn po danu.
Vrijeme čišćenja apartmana je od 09.00 do 15.00
